PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS. NO REFUNDS. You have the option to store your card on file for future charges. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session time. The session will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next client. Please check your text messages and email for appointment confirmation.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Its understandable that some things in life are unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances clients will have the option to receive the remainder of their appointment time or reschedule the appointment. THE RESCHEDULING FEE IS $20.

CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY

24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE  ANY SERVICE. If less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given KMT reserves the right to charge 50% to 100% for the scheduled session. If less than 24 hours rescheduling notice is given KMT reserves the right to charge $20 to reschedule the session. No Shows will be charged 100% for the session.
